2Eligibility and Age Verification

3Account Registration and Security
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on 55g77. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, different names, different mobile numbers, or different devices is strictly prohibited. Where 55g77 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same person, all associated accounts will be closed, pending withdrawals cancelled, and any bonus winnings forfeited. Only the original deposited funds (minus any withdrawals already processed) may be returned at 55g77's discretion.
Account Credentials
Your 55g77 account is accessed using your registered Bangladesh mobile number and the password you set at registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Never share your password, OTP codes, or account access with any other person, including friends or family.
- 55g77 staff will never ask for your password or OTP via any channel. Any message requesting these is a phishing attempt and must be disregarded.
- Notify 55g77 immediately via the support email if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your registered mobile number has been compromised.
- 55g77 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep account credentials secure, unless caused directly by 55g77's own negligence.
KYC Verification
55g77 may require Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC may require submission of a government-issued photo ID such as a National Identity Card, Passport, or Driving Licence, plus proof of payment method ownership. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely for verification purposes.
Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension until verification is satisfactorily completed. These checks are part of 55g77's anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations.
4Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposit Terms
All deposits to 55g77 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, but 55g77 may impose deposit limits for responsible gaming purposes at its discretion.
- Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard. The payment method must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
- Deposits are credited to your 55g77 balance in real time upon confirmation by the payment provider. 55g77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
- 55g77 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct under these Terms.
Withdrawal Terms
Players may request a withdrawal of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. 55g77 may request alternative payment details where this is not feasible.
- Standard withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are completed within 5 minutes of approval. Processing times may be longer during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to review and 55g77 may delay processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspicious activity.
Bonus balances are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Only real-money balances derived from completed wagering are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds prior to meeting rollover requirements will result in the bonus being forfeited.
5Bonuses and Promotions
55g77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general bonus conditions which apply platform-wide:
- Welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit and may not be claimed more than once per person, household, IP address, or device.
- All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. The default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
- Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not withdrawn before the expiry date will be automatically removed from the account. The default expiry period is 30 days unless stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
- 55g77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is cancelled after a Player has opted in but before the wagering requirement is met, 55g77 will remove the bonus balance but will not claw back any real-money winnings already generated from wagering on that bonus.
- Bonuses may only be used on the game categories specified in the promotion's terms. Using bonus funds on excluded game categories may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
- 55g77 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus winnings awarded in error, as a result of a technical fault, or obtained through exploitation of a promotion inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
⚠️ Abuse of bonuses — including bonus hunting across multiple accounts, placing contradictory bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome, or any systematic exploitation of promotions — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
6Gameplay and Betting Rules
All games available on 55g77 are operated by licensed third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, for live dealer games, by real physical game equipment in live studio environments. 55g77 does not manipulate game outcomes.
Minimum and Maximum Bets
Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface prior to play. 55g77 reserves the right to impose additional bet limits on individual accounts where responsible gaming concerns have been identified or unusual betting patterns are detected.
Technical Faults and Disputes
In the event of a technical fault, server error, or connectivity issue during gameplay, the following rules apply:

- Bets placed and confirmed prior to a technical fault are valid. Winnings from completed rounds remain payable even if a fault occurs after the round concludes.
- Malfunctions void all pays and plays only where the malfunction directly caused an erroneous outcome that would not have occurred under normal operating conditions.

7Responsible Gaming

8Account Suspension and Termination
55g77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion where any of the following circumstances apply:
- The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The Player is found to be under 21 years of age or has provided false information during registration or KYC verification.
- The Player is suspected of engaging in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating.
- The Player has requested self-exclusion or 55g77 has identified the Player as showing signs of problem gambling that warrant a protective account restriction.
- 55g77 is required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or the instruction of a competent authority.
⚠️ Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 55g77 may withhold some or all of the account balance depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any remaining real-money balance will be returned via the Player's registered payment method after all pending checks are completed.
9Intellectual Property
All content on the 55g77 platform — including but not limited to the brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive property of 55g77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal recreational purposes only. 10Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55g77 shall not be liable to any Player for:
- Any loss of funds resulting from the Player's own negligence, failure to maintain account security, or failure to comply with these Terms.
- Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, force majeure events, or third-party service failures beyond 55g77's reasonable control.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even where 55g77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Losses arising from a Player's gambling activity. By its nature, gambling involves financial risk and 55g77 accepts no responsibility for losses incurred through gameplay, regardless of the cause.

Your continued use of 55g77 after revised Terms have been posted and any applicable notice period has elapsed constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must close your account and cease using the platform before the amended Terms take effect.

13Governing Law and Contact
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law, with particular reference to the principles of fairness, good faith, and proportionality.
